This video is based on the Miele S2121 or 2000 series canister vacuum.

I originally came across this vacuum while on a jobsite doing an audio installation at a multi million dollar home that is owned by a billionaire and was impressed while using it to clean up some of our mess after stripping wires and such.
I wanted one until I looked up the price for new ones - whoa, I went to craigslist and found a used one for $80 - yay.
I wasn't bad except for the hose kinking every few seconds, so after a few years I decided it was time to see if I could remedy the problem.
I think I did.
I bit the bu*llet and bought a new hose for almost the amount of what I paid for the vacuum - oh well.
