Context before the video:
Tubbo and Ranboo built a big cookie outpost near Las Nevadas. Obviously, Quackity does not like this. Why it should be near Las Nevadas when there are many areas everywhere? What kind of cookie outpost has a massive wall? What if Quackity wants to expand his country? At the same time, there are no clear borders outside of Las Nevadas. So, Tubbo has a right for building everywhere he wanted. This video shows two perspectives, which are Foolish and Tubbo's stream.
