This is the final trial before you can become reborn. To get this you need to get 10 Release Tokens, to get these you must complete all 10 trials in the Program X section which is unlocked by completing every single trial before that.

After Rebirthing you are granted access to one 10,000 cosmetic skin for you to purchase. (I believe it only lets you get one per rebirth so it would require 4 to unlock all)

Rebirthing resets all progress done on the Program X section but keeps everything else you earned/purchased throughout the game.
