This is honestly the biggest FNF music mod I’ve ever seen. Everywhere I look, there’s a new sprite or animation I haven’t seen before, and every time I restart the game, it even shows a completely different title screen with its own theme music.

But yeah, the story’s huge, and I’m pretty sure every enemy has their own special abilities. Even the Minus characters have full storylines, and there’s a ton of side stories for many characters, songs, dialogues w/ unique portraits, cutscenes, remixes, covers, a massive achievement list, a big gallery, and even a lore section, but seriously, there’s way more if you download it yourself and see what I mean. There are also a bunch of unlockable characters; it just keeps going. The Hell charts felt amazing too.

I think RetroSpecter might actually be uploading all the mod’s content daily on his channel, but you should really try it yourself, it only takes about 10 seconds of playing to be amazed, and BF and GF’s opening dialogue is pretty funny too

Friday Night Funkin' is a Newgrounds rhythm game made in HaxeFlixel originally created for Ludum Dare 47. Programmed by ninjamuffin99 with a soundtrack produced by Kawai Sprite and artwork created by PhantomArcade and evilsk8r, the game can be played on Newgrounds or played/downloaded for free on Itch.io.

The plot of the game centers around Boyfriend trying to hook up with Girlfriend, but her ex-rockstar father Daddy Dearest doesn't approve of him. It's up to Boyfriend to rap battle his way through him and anyone else that stands in his way so that he can finally get freaky! Think you got what it takes?

Friday Night Funkin' is an ongoing project that will continue to receive updates, bug fixes and new content. A full version of the game is currently in development, having been successfully funded via a Kickstarter campaign. Check the changelog here for information on the latest updates. The game is also open source to allow users to mod or simply look through its assets.
