James Sylvester Scott (February 12, 1885 to August 30, 1938)
Joshua Stoddard was renowned beekeeper U.S. in 1880.But it was also an inventor, loved for that curious devilry that was the organ of steam, which he called "Calliope" in honor of the Muse of Poetry by the beautiful voice. "Calliope", patented Oct. 5, 1855, was a great musical instrument of great sound power, and for that used on the steamboats of the Mississippi, fairs, public parks, rides in the theme park, the parade of American circuses.
