This is a "there and back " type of trail. Very scenic and also very rooty. Pick your feet up a little more to avoid toe tapping the roots. It happened a bunch especially towards the end of the hike due to my legs were getting tired. The video is only one-way. My total miles hike for the day were 6.88 miles.
