Andrew Holecek is an internationally known Dharma teacher and author who blends the wisdom of the East with knowledge from the West. The focus of his study extends from lucid dreaming and resolving obstacles in meditation to death and dying. An expert on lucid dreaming and the Tibetan yogas of sleep and dream, Dr. Holecek is a member of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, and the author of scientific papers on lucid dreaming.
