Eve is Easy: Lowsec FW Kestrel Guide + Commentary

Hello, Taking a bit of a break from 0.0 to bring you a guide for the Kestrel intended for lowsec FW PvP. The Kestrel is a really strong ship that has a lot of favourable match-ups with common and traditional AB/Scram brawl style setups used within Factional Warfare.

Total Cost for the ship is about 10-12 million isk. I don't think I ever ended up using Rage or Javelin in any point of the 8+ hours of PvP that I did, so you can probably forego those if you want to save some isk, and 1000 of each missile type is a bit overboard.

Implants used;
3% Mwd Speed, 3% Maximum Shield, 3% reduced explosion radius, 3% Rocket Damage, 3% missile rate of fire. (approx 70mil~~ for the set)

If you don't want to lay down that much isk for the implants, then 3% hull + 3% MWD Speed and 1% Shield HP, 1% rocket damage and 1% rate of fire will cost you under 6mil. The Implants are worthwhile because there is little risk of getting podded in lowsec if you're careful.
