Ingredients:
Baji
I cup curd
1/4 tsp backing soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tabs oil
1.1/2 cup maida
Add water as required mix well
3 green chilli
1/2 cup coconut slice
1 tabs curry leaves chopped
1 tabs roasted chana
2 tbsp coriander leaves
2 tbsp spring onion
1 tsp ginger chopped
All mix with better and rest for 1 hour

tempering
1tbs oil
1/2 tsp mustard seed
1/2 urad dal
5, 6 curry leaves
1 red chilli

Çhutney
1/2cup coconut slice
2 garlic
1tsp putani( roasted chana)
2 tbsp coriander leaves
2 tbsp spring onion
1/2 inch ginger
1/2 tsp tamarind
3 green chilli
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 glass of water
