This was my first visit to Avencia Homes in Riverwalk. I had a great chat with Mike the sales manager and learned a lot about his neighborhood and the builder. It's easy to tell how proud and excited the folks at Avencia are about their product and their enthusiasm is catching. I'm now a pretty big fan of this neighborhood. Avencia is building a distinctive product and I hope the videos I have made reflect that. (I have a feeling there will be a love 'em or hate 'em type attitude to a few of these floorplans, but overall I lean toward love 'em. Hopefully you will take the time to check out this community and decide for yourself.)
