This is a review of the GI Joe Arctic Attack Soldier, Blizzard. This cold-weather specialist action figure was first released in 1988 and re-released in 1989 by Hasbro. This is a hard figure to find in good condition and complete due to its many parts and the white plastic which yellows over time. Speaking of yellow: for some reason he was added to the ranks of Tiger Force in Europe (they did release a normal version of him first, though) - although the sub-unit's tiger camo is generally a jungle thing. Brazil added him to the ranks of Cobra, however - and that is the normal figure's faction there (like Snake-Eyes).
