Ville Hermanni Valo (22 de noviembre de 1976) es un cantante, compositor y músico finlandés, conocido como el líder y cantante de la banda HIM. Después del lanzamiento del álbum Ville Valo & Agents, que rindió homenaje al cantautor Rauli "Badding" Somerjoki, Ville Valo actualmente se encuentra trabajando en su nuevo proyecto en solitario bajo el nombre VV, el día 20 de marzo de 2020 publicó un álbum (EP), titulado: "Gothica Fennica Vol.1.", en su web oficial, YouTube y en las redes sociales de HIM, que actualmente mantienen bajo el nombre de "Heartagram", centrándose en la carrera en solitario de Ville Valo, desde que HIM anunció su disolución. Tres canciones componen el álbum "Gothica Fennica Vol. 1": "Salute The Sanguine', 'Run Away From The Sun" y "Saturnine Saturnalia", con las que Ville vuelve a la actividad más potente, en una línea musical muy cercana a la que dio fama mundial a HIM. En el año 2022 Ville Valo anuncia el lanzamiento de su álbum debut en solitario titulado "Neon Noir" para el 13 de enero de 2023 y estará acompañado de una gira por Europa y Estados Unidos para 2023.

Ville Valo ha compuesto, producido, diseñado, grabado, escrito, cantado y ha tocado todos los instrumentos musicales en el álbum "Neon Noir".
La portada fue diseñada por Ville Valo y Rami Mursula. Las fotografías del álbum son de Joonas Brandt. La mezcla del disco ha sido realizada por Tim Palmer.

Ville Hermanni Valo (November 22, 1976) is a Finnish singer, songwriter and musician, known as the leader and singer of the band HIM. After the release of the album Ville Valo & Agents, which paid tribute to singer-songwriter Rauli "Badding" Somerjoki, Ville Valo is currently working on his new solo project under the name VV, on March 20, 2020 he released an album (EP ), entitled: "Gothica Fennica Vol.1.", on their official website, YouTube and on HIM's social networks, which they currently maintain under the name "Heartagram", focusing on Ville Valo's solo career, since HIM announced its dissolution.
