We recently spent the day at Ekatva, India’s largest green festival held at Sunder Nursery, and it was an experience that left us both inspired and energized. Walking in, we immediately felt the vibrant atmosphere—this wasn’t just a festival; it was a celebration of everything eco-friendly, handmade, and thoughtful. The stalls were alive with colours and creativity, filled with brands and artisans committed to a sustainable lifestyle. It was amazing to see so many homegrown ideas that aligned with our values.

The event was packed with activities for everyone. Live music filled the air, workshops and theater performances dotted the grounds, and there was even a kids' zone with activities to keep the younger ones engaged. There was so much to explore—whether you wanted to learn about eco-friendly home products, find unique gifts for the festive season, or just immerse yourself in the positive energy around.

A big highlight for us was the food walk. Guided by Mukta, we had the chance to dive into some incredible plant-based dishes. We started off with an oat milk-based coffee that was both smooth and satisfying. Then came a vibrant vegan chickpea chaat, which was full of flavor, followed by a delicious millet masala dosa—a familiar favorite with a wholesome twist. We wrapped it up with some locally made chocolate, proving that sustainable sweets can be just as rich and indulgent.

Ekatva truly captured the spirit of sustainability, making eco-friendly choices accessible and exciting. By the end of the day, we felt part of a larger community, one that cares deeply about making the world a kinder, greener place.
