Hello Everyone! I will take you on an apartment tour in District 2 Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This is three bedroom apartment that rents for $2500 a month. It's very nice apartment with many great things; library, playground for children, several swimming pools, a sauna and steam room, exercise room, and tennis court. There is so much here that I cannot add!!! If you are thinking about living in district 2, the rents can be very expensive. Many new luxury apartment buildings are being constructed. You can find cheaper apartments and homes too, but this area very popular and will become more expensive rentals when the pandemic is finished. District 1 you can find a nice western style 2 bedroom apartment for about $1000-1200 USD. And even more expensive.
