"Take your stuff, you're not allowed in the building at this time" Schenectady City Hall - Part 1

On July 18th, 2022 I was peacefully exercising our First Amendment right to record in public and publicly accessible areas at the Schenectady City Hall. I was attempting to serve Corporation Counsel with my Notice of Intent to Sue when i was told by City Hall personnel that the Assistant Chief of Police Brian J. Whipple, instructed the City Hall Special Police Officers not to let me in the building. If you would like to redress your grievances to our government about the conduct in my video, the information is below.
