This is a traditional mead using orange blossom honey. Was pretty fun to make and was actually nice change of pace after all the melomels. Hopefully this traditional one ends up sweet. I've made a mead using the orange blossom before, but it went straight to dry. I'm counting on the residual sweetness on this to get more of that orange blossom taste forward and let it shine through.
