Caldigit TS3 Plus - Really Good, But There's Some Glaring Issues (4 Years Later)

In February 2018, I purchased a Caldigit TS3 Plus - which at the time was considered the best Thunderbolt 3 dock for Mac. So 4 years & 2 computers later, how do I feel about this dock? Has it been the Swiss Army Knife of Thunderbolt 3 docks? Was there any issues?
