Conditions for Posting as Mail Overseer? What 10/9/2024 order says?

-Revised eligibility criteria for Mail Overseer
• Postman with minimum of 3 years of service with completion of probation period and completed mandatory training.
• During January every year, willingness will be called for and a panel will be drafted.
• Approved panel will be put in place by 31st march and is valid for next three years.
• In subsequent years willingness will e called for and added with the existing panel carried forward from previous year.
• Name included in the panel is valid for three years only.
• After three years he should give willingness once again for inclusion for next three years.
• Posting of MO will be made on seniority basis in the valid panel.
• If sufficient willingness is not available the three years condition may be reduced to two years for that proposal shall be sent to circle office.
• Tenure of MO will be three years from the date of joining.
• If requests for posting once again, the minimum cooling period of one year is must.
• Mos shall be required to complete training programme form i-GOT Karmayogi portal within a month of joining as MO and submit completion certificate to SDH.
• This is given effect from 10.9.2024.
