Ingredients:
1 cup Leftover Rice
1/3 cup Carrot
1/3 cup Corn
⅓ cup Capsicum
⅓ Onion
½ cup Cheese
½ tsp Salt
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
¼ cup Corn Flour
5 tbsp Water
50 gm Bread Crumbs

Method:
In a bowl add 1 cup of leftover rice. ⅓ cup of chopped carrot, ⅓ cup of corn, ⅓ cup of capsicum, ⅓ chopped onion, ½ cup of cheese, ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp red chili powder. Combine it well.

Form small balls out of this mixture. Mix ¼ cup of cornflour & 5 tbsp water.

Dip each ball into this mixture & coat it with bread crumbs. Again dip it in cornflour mixture & coat it with bread crumbs. Deep fry into the oil until it turns golden brown.

Serve this with tomato ketchup.
