Stationary Asphalt Batchmix Plant Capacity 80 to 100tph -Model EM1250
Consisting of:
1. Four (4) bin feeder for cold aggregate with independent AC variable speed synchronized drive under each bin and gathering conveyor. (Total capacity 44 Tons).

2. Primary vibrating screen and slinger conveyor to transfer aggregates to the dryer.

3. Insulated drying & mixing unit with modulating Burner (Diesel/LDO) Dryer is with blower unit, high pressure pump, complete piping and controls.

4. Hot elevator unit

5. Four-deck screening unit.

6. Hot bins with four storage compartments (9.2 m3)

7. Weighing section for aggregates filler and bitumen.

8. Completely hot oil jacketed mixing section of capacity 1250 kgs.

9. Reverse air flow system-based bag house filter unit pollution control system with primary dust collection system. Exhauster with remote controls.

10. Fully automatic with manual override controls, PLC-based system with ultra-modern power controls, sequence controls, distribution power controls, automatic burner controls, and temperature indications with air conditioning. Control panel with SCADA with remote access facility.

11. Two (2) Units x 25 T bitumen storage tanks with an indirect heating system with 3 Lac kilo cal/hr. thermic oil heater.

12. The vertical fuel tank of capacity 10,000 liters.

13. Two (2( tons capacity filler hopper with screw conveyor.

14. Complete structural unit with ancillaries, piping, wiring, etc.

15. The generator has 250 kVA and 30 kVA for the thermic heating system.provided by the buyer.

16. Main cable: 2 cables 240 sq. mm armored aluminum – 3 ½ core – Length depending on the generator distance are provided by the buyer.

17. Approximate land required: 45m x 45 meters. Aggregate storage area to be calculated extra.

80-100 TPH based on the capacity is based on a mean density of 1.6 ton/m3 temperature of 150 degrees C from the mixer. Average moisture content of 3%, including 3% filler and 5% bitumen in the mix. Mixer capacity of 1250 Kg per batch and a 45-second weigh/mix cycle.
Assuming the following conditions: -
1) 100% Plant utilisation
2) Ambient temperature 150oC
3) Altitude up to 150 metres above sea level
4) Average moisture content is for surface moisture only
5) Free-flowing filler, density 1120 Kg/m3
6) Single sized aggregate (max. lump 40mm), density 1600 Kg/m3
7) Mix recipe with no excessive proportion of one size
8) Feed to contain a maximum of 35% 0 - 3mm fines
9) Fuel oil calorific value of 45.2 MJ/Kg
10) Capacities include filler and bitumen
11) Aggregate is non-porous and not excessively flaky.Conditions affecting production:− Higher sand content− Higher moisture content in aggregates− Caking / flacky aggregates− High amount of recovered fine

• We warranty to replace or make goods for a period of 12 MONTHS from the date of dispatch any defect arising in goods supplied of our own manufacturer due solely to faulty design or defective material or workman-ship. The warranty does not cover Rubber, Electrical and other wear out parts.
• Free by our representatives to your site for 30 days. If the time exceeds 30 days, a service charge of USD 100 per person per day will be applicable.• You will have to bear all the expenses such as to and fro traveling expenses, lodging and boarding, and all other expenses which may occur during his stay at your site.• The tools & tackles, cranes, electric cables, all consumables, accessories, skilled/semi-skilled manpower, and civil foundation shall be provided by you.
