Lauki Ka Steamed Nashta Recipe Ingredients

1/2 cup Besan (Chickpea flour)
1/2 cup Motiwali Suji (Thick Semolina)
1/3 cup Fresh Dahi (Fresh Curd)
250 Grams Lauki Grated (Bottle Gourd)(1 cup)
1/2 cup Gajar Grated (Carrot)
1/2 cup Hara Pyaz finely chopped (Green Onion finely chopped)(Optional)
1/4 Hara Dhania finely chopped (Green coriander leaves finely chopped)
1 Tsp Hari Mirch ki paste (Green chilli paste)
1 Tsp Adrak paste (Ginger paste)
1 Tsp Lasun ki paste (Garlic paste)
1/2 Tsp Haldi powder (Turmeric powder)
1 Tsp Red chilli powder
1/2 Tsp Dhania jeera powder (Coriander cumin seed powder)
1 Tsp salt
1 Tsp Chini powder (Sugar powder)
1/2 Tsp Hing (Asafoetida)
1/2 Limboo ka ras (Lemon juice)
Oil for Grease Container
1 Tbl sp water +1/4 Tsp Cooking soda or ENO

For Tadka
1 Tbl sp oil
1/2 Tsp Rai(Mustard seed)
1 Hari Mirch long chopped (Green chilli)
6 to 7 Curry patta (Curry leaves)
1 Tbl sp White Til(White Sesame)
