Alexandre Robert Clarinet Mouthpieces: Mouthpiece Bliss

If Kaspar Cicero mouthpieces are great practical, working mouthpieces, then A. Robert mouthpieces are for the aficionado. They have qualities like some of the best Charles or Henri Chedevilles, but dialed up to 11. That's not to say they get as big of a sound, or are as agile, but simply, they are fun, bubbly, complex french mouthpieces. It's like halfway between Louis Cahuzac and Ralph McLane, with an intangible quality all their own.

HOWEVER, these three are totally different, even within that paradigm. And there are way more variations than just these three. I can't say which is my favorite. All three are super fun and rewarding to play, even if they don't quite give me the confidence of my best Ched.
