How the Conservancy creates bases and pitcher's mounds for baseball and softball season

It’s springtime and that means time to play ball—at one of Central Park’s ballfields, of course! You'll may know that the Park has 26 ballfields, but #DYK that all moldings are made by the #CentralParkConservancy staff and weigh around 120 pounds each? Go behind-the-scenes to learn how our team prepares the fields for all our visitors to enjoy during the season.
