Today I am reacting to the brand new teaser trailer for Marvel Studios Thunderbolts*, coming to theaters in May 2025! Thunderbolts* follows a group of heroes and villains consisting of Yelena Bolova/Black Widow (Florence Pugh), Bucky Barnes/The Winter Soldier (Sebastian Stan), Alexei Shostakov/Red Guardian (David Harbour), John Walker/U.S. Agent (Wyatt Russell), Antonia Dreykov/Taskmaster (Olga Kurylenko), and Ava Starr/Ghost (Hannah John-Kamen). They are brought together by Valentina Allegra de Fontaine (Julia Louis-Dreyfus) to take on a secret mission which seems to include Robert Reynolds/Sentry (Lewis Pullman). The action looks fun and fast and as a fan of these "Misfit Toys Brought Together" movies (like Guardians of the Galaxy, The Suicide Squad, etc.) I always enjoy the banter and cooperation between characters with unique abilities. But the plot is still a mystery, especially with THAT ENDING to the trailer.
