Today I drop a quick tutorial on something i was stuck on in Schedule 1, unlocking the final area Uptown, and lowering the cartel's influence on Suburbia to 300. It turns out, if you unlock all of the customers before getting to a certain amount of influence, you are soft locking yourself. I show you how to progress out of this nasty loop in this video. Hope it helps!
