Appearing for Aryan Khan, Mukul Rohatgi argued in court that there is no 'master-servant' relationship between Aryan Khan and Arbaaz Merchant which would mean that one would ask the other to get illegal drugs.

"Even if you admit conscious possession, there is no antecedent. The legislature is clear that these people are treated as victims. They are entitled to rehab. The social minister has written to another ministry about rehab," argued Rohatgi.
