Head back to Ken (L -for Lawyer's Office- on the map). He'll tell you to go see Kent Paul, an English record producer. Commandeer a car and head over to Kent Paul's (you know the drill... pink dot). Once there, get out and climb the stairs to the pink light. Here, you'll have a conversation with Paul. Rather, you'll rough him up for a little info. He gives you a tip on how to continue your "investigation."

Follow the yellow icon to a chef, who can be found in an alley. When you approach him, he'll wanna scrap. Use the Circle button to throw some punches and kicks. Don't worry, this guy's about as tough as your average civilian. When you drop the chef, give him one last kick, then grab his cell phone. After this happens, a man named Lance will show up saying you just dropped the guy he came to talk to. Before you can get too far into a conversation, a posse of more rough-looking chefs shows up. The guy throws you a piece and tells you to follow him. Sprint after him, following him until you get to a sweet ride. Get in and drive.

The dude will steer you to the local gun shop, Ammu-Nation. Just follow the gun icon on the map to get there. When you get to Ammu-Nation, get out of the car, wait for Lance and go into Ammu-Nation. You don't really need anything here yet... this is just a introduction to where you'll get firearms.

Follow the pink dot back to Ocean View. When you pull up in front, Lance will take off and see what else he can dig up. You'll also get $200 for completing the mission. Now is a good time to save.
