Peter Rex gives his thoughts on entrepreneurship, investing, and disrupting the real estate industry with technology at Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business - Steers Center for Global Real Estate.

Peter Rex is the Founder and CEO of Rex Teams, an alliance of technology, real estate, and investment companies.

Rex turned a sole proprietor-bootstrapped real estate investment business into a $1.5bn integrated investment and operations company with over 480 employees across the U.S., $135mm in annual revenue, $350mm of equity invested, and over $500mm in total profits distributed to investors.

In 2015 he embarked on an 18-month global investigation, visiting 85 countries and holding over 1,000 meetings with business leaders, government officials, and everyday people to understand how to scale his vision for Makerise.

Peter Rex lives with his wife and three children in Seattle. He is a CPA and lawyer, earning a BA in philosophy and government from Georgetown University, and a JD from Harvard Law School.
