THE SUNCOURT HOUSE

The residence was designed in a way that it had a unique visual identity, drawing attention in the typical neighbourhood.
The facade is defined by strong frames, cantilevered floting frames that highlight the different facets of the exterior, bringing them to the fore. A playful residential dwelling that breaks down the scale while offering a variation of massing cubes as a new concept for facade.

The clients are rathore famliy they have approach us very simple basic brief though it was unique because they wanted to create a contemporary house but simultaneously it has to be indian as well.

We had a west facing plot and a perfect square plot size to play with placing the house on the center of plot we plan sun courtyard which brings lots of natural light and ventilation to the house. Along with courtyard we have planned the vertical circulation of the house and while keeping the courtyard in the center we have planned the dining area, kitchen and family living space surrounded by it. Where in south west corner we have master bedroom for the elderly person of the family which is adjoining the front side garden of the house.
