Tangkoko National Park Sulawesi 2023

From Kalinaun Resort it is only a short drive to Tangkoko National Park and we took advantage of this to spend the last two days of our Sulawesi 2023 trip there.
It's amazing what we saw in one day in the park, but it doesn't always have to be that way.
Although you are not allowed to leave the paths, our guide didn't use them much.

My tip:
Don't go without a guide, they know exactly where to find the animals, it's worth it.
Start as early as possible in the morning, the animals are looking for food and there are fewer visitors in the park.
The guesthouses can arrange a guide for you so that you don't waste time at the park entrance in the morning.

I didn't like the evening tour so much, the guides took us straight to the "one tarsier tree" and waited for the tarsier to come out.
Then we went straight back again.
We didn't have time to look for other animals.
