Texas Governor Abbott Says Buses of Migrants Will Keep Rolling

Texas Governor Greg Abbott says it's time to restore order at the border. Speaking at the RNC, Abbott says he'll continue to send buses of migrants that crossed the border into Texas to sanctuary cities.
