MEDICAL CODING CASE STUDY EXAMPLES - Scenarios for How to Dissect an Operative Report for coders

You asked, and here it is! I've got two great surgical cases to review. One is a hernia repair and the other is a reduction mammoplasty. As I go through the case, I give some insight into the operative note and even some considerations on the billing side.
