Khori Zila Sheikhupura Dian Yadaan | A 1947 Partition Story

Khori village is located in Tehsil Shahdara and District Sheikhupura (nowdays Tehsil Muridke District Sheikhupura). Before 1947 Sikhs settled in this village with few muslim and had ideal relation with eachother. In 1947, the situation became very bad. When the riots started, the Sikhs migrated to East Punjab. Thugs and hooligans came from neighboring villages who looted the village.
