Street children, commonly referred to as Tokai, are increasingly falling victim to a new and dangerous drug known as 'dandy', leading them further down a path of destruction. Mostly from low-income families and living in urban slums, these children are becoming addicted to this lethal substance, yet no one seems to be stepping in to help them break free from its grip. According to city residents, these children have also turned to criminal activities such as theft and mugging, driven by the need to fund their drug habits.
