GTA IV Graphics Problem - Solved || commandline Method

Hey there guys..Its u1 here.Today I will show how to fix the graphics problem with GTA IV.GTA IV has a problem with editing the graphics settings in PC's that have a VRAM greater than 2GB.In this video,i will provide a simple fix to this problem.

Note : Create a text file named "commandline" , not "commandline.txt"

-nomemrestrict
-norestrictions

The command above will bypass the restrictions.
