초의차 5대 계승자 박동춘 제다 과정 영문본(How to make Korean traditional tea)

이 영상은 ‘초의차’ 5대 계승자인 박동춘 선생님께서 한국 전통 (산차) 제다법으로 차를 만들고 계신 모습을 촬영한 것입니다.

매년 전라남도 순천시 승주읍 대광사지 야생차밭에서 직접 차를 만들어 우리 차의 전통을 이어가고 있습니다.

이 차는 박동춘의 이름을 따서‘동춘차(東春茶)’로 불리어 지고 있습니다.

2017년 사단법인 동아시아차문화연구소를 설립, 한국 전통 차를 보존하고 계승·발전시키기 위하여 연구와 강의를 활발히 하고 있습니다.

This video shows that Park dong chun, who was handed down the theory and the making of tea as the fifth generation to carry on with the ‘Choui Cha(草衣茶)' in 1985 by Buddhist priest Eungsong, makes tea with the tea trees grown in a nature reserve in Seungju, Cholla Province. She devotes herself in making tea every spring.

The tea is called ‘Dong Choon Cha(東春茶)’ after her name.

Park established Research Institute of East Asian Tea History and Culture which was registered as an incorporated association in 2017.

Her goal lies in preserving, developing, promoting and introducing the Korean traditional tea.
