Images of Norway presents a walking tour of the closed northern part of the old Ballesvikskaret road. Due to frequent avalanches and rock falls, the old mountain road to Gryllefjord and Torsken was closed and replaced by an new tunnel and bridge combo.

The road and area is now popular amongst cyclists, hikers and campers due to the amazing scenery.

The video is shot on a DJI Pocket 3 camera. I used an Idolcam Z-axis stabiliser a solution to remedy walking ‘bobbing’ motion. While no magic, it does improve the issue somewhat.
