This stretch of the R24 between Krugersdorp and Magaliesburg is perfect for shadowing the train, providing traffic is light, which is seldom the case on a busy Saturday morning. Then the train breaks away to pass under the road bridge before going through the famous cutting and on through the town centre to Magaliesburg Station.
