The Kona Honzo ESD at Skypark | Part 1 of 2 out on a camping trip

This was an epic weekend, went on a camping trip with my wife and kids (dogs) and got to sneak out for some skypark time. If you're wondering the Honzo ESD handled at the bike park it's like it was meant for it. The only thing I noticed was you really have to put in the work but that is the whole point on a hardtail right. Oh yea and Gabes front tire blew again you gotta check out his video !

For the camping portion we stayed only 8 minutes away from skypark. The location was in Running Springs and it was called Getaway. The camp ground was amazing very peaceful and open. Our little cabin was a trailer equipped with a comfy queen size bed. The trailer also had a small kitchen, restroom, with a shower. The outside sitting area was set up for maximum relaxation. Did I mention that the location is dog friendly (pretty dope). I recommend this getaway location for couples only due to the size of the trailer but a family of 4 would work also. They have the same size trailer but with two queen size beds. Arrow head is only 15 minutes driving and Big bear lake was about 20-25 min, overall it was a great location we highly recommend it.
