Cletrac HG 42 Crawler

This is a model HG 42 crawler tractor made by the Cletrac in Cleveland, Ohio in late November 1943. The Cletrac company was purchased by Oliver in 1944 and the HG 42 was rebranded as the OC-3.

It appears to have been extensively modified by a previous owner; it has had a blade added to it, along with associated hydraulics. The front grill was removed to allow for the blade mount, and the hood was split to allow easier removal. It was converted to 12v and a custom alternator mount was fabricated.

I purchased this for the purpose of using it to work on my land, and did not strive for historical accuracy as part of this restoration. I needed a working tractor, and wanted some eye catching fun styling.
