Learning to Exhale has now trained nearly 2000 people through our six week mindfulness meditation programs. Our social enterprise has completed training in five hospitals and have been offering mindfulness training to communities at a significantly reduced rate. Our students have been able to reduce their stress levels, return to normal sleeping patterns, heal, transform, reduce blood pressure and empower themselves. As a result of the training they have an extra protection from some of the worst effects of stress; cancer, heart disease, depression and nervous breakdowns. Some have even saved their marriages. Everybody who does the course repeatedly scores us 10/10.

Lots of our students are nurses and they have learned a life skill through learning LTE mindfulness meditation to protect them from; stress, burnout and compassion fatigue.

We have been studied by an independent researcher at The University of Galway for one year. They saw that our training programs significantly reduce stress levels and significantly increase compassion. This is a unique evidence based European study.
