The Villa Arboretum Palace's cascading property spans 1500m2 and is divided into three levels: the roadside, with four parking spaces; the main villa, its annex, front terrace with outdoor dining table and pool; and the greenhouse, with a small pavilion. The interior space of the main villa is 400m2.
The villa has six double rooms that can fit up to 12 people. Five are located in the main villa and one is located in the side annex, making them ideal for workers or visitors seeking more privacy.

The house's vast stone-paved terrace can comfortably accommodate a festive dinner or a poolside cocktail reception, while the garden welcomes all yoga enthusiasts.
