FLIR® Thermal Imaging Cameras are the best values for instant detection of temperature gradients in many different materials. The color LCD displays highlight problem areas fast, something that can't be done with standard infrared thermometers. Paving operations, bridge deck and floor slab inspections, location of delaminations, cavities, and moisture problems in concrete and masonry prism walls are just a few of the applications for these sophisticated instruments.
FLIR® Cameras are light and compact, with focus-free lens and simple navigation for easy one-handed operation, yet tough enough for rugged field conditions, rated to withstand shock values to 25g. Temperature range is -4° to 482°F (-20° to 250°C) ±2% or 2°C. Lithium-Ion batteries yield about four hours of operating time, and are quickly charged on the included AC charger. The unmatched manufacturer’s warranty offers 10 year coverage on the detector, 5 year on the battery and 2 years parts and labor. FLIR Tools software, USB Cable and hard plastic Transport Case are also included.
The original i7 FLIR® Camera remains popular, and their new Ex-Series Cameras combines thermal, visible, and MSX® imaging into one affordable package. New MSX thermal image enhancement adds key details from the visible spectrum camera to the entire infrared image on the 3in color LCD display. Text becomes clearly visible, making it easy to read a label or identifier in the image. The all-in-one image shows accurate thermal gradients along with visible details. Ex models have 45°x34° field of view and 320x240 pixel resolution for the MSX image. Higher-end Ex models feature enhanced infrared resolution, selectable measurement modes, and picture-in-picture display, which superimpose a thermal image over a visible spectrum photo. Up to 500 sets of infrared, visual and MSX images can be stored as .jpeg files in internal memory for later analysis and reporting.
MA-767, i7 has a 2.8in (71mm) color LCD 140x140 (19,600 total) pixel display, and 29°x29° field of view. Thermal sensitivity is 0.1°C. Up to 5,000 images can be stored in JPEG files on the SD card for later analysis and reporting.
MA-774, E4 Thermal Imaging Camera has 4,800 (80x60) pixel Infrared resolution and thermal sensitivity rating of less than 0.15°C. center-spot measurement mode. Image modes are infrared, visual, and MSX.
MA-775, E5 Thermal Imaging Camera has 10,800 (120x90) pixel Infrared resolution and thermal sensitivity rating of less than 0.10°C. Measurement modes include center-spot or area box. Automatic hot/cold detection marks maximum and minimum temperatures within the display area. Image modes are infrared, visual, and MSX.
MA-776, E6 Thermal Imaging Camera with 19,200 (160x120) pixel Infrared resolution has thermal sensitivity rating of less than 0.06°C. Center-spot or area box measurement. Display features automatic hot/cold detection to define maximum and minimum temperatures. Infrared, visual, MSX, and picture-in-picture image modes.
MA-778, E8 Thermal Imaging Camera features full, sharp 76,800 (320x240) Infrared pixel resolution and thermal sensitivity less than 0.06°C. Measurement modes include center-spot or area box. Automatic hot/cold detection for maximum display definition. Image modes are infrared, visual, MSX, and picture-in-picture.
