VIDEO DESCRIPTION:
In this pen and ink shading tutorial I share a simple but invaluable shading exercise or rendering a crumpled paper bag. There is so much that can be learned from this exercise and I go over wsa to approach. A crumpled paper bag can be intimidating but there are so many wrinkles, value shapes, and small details to throw us off, but with a little stepping back and planning to see things in simpler terms in can be a rewarding drawing experience. The same concept and process can be applied to drawing with charcoal, graphite or other drawing medium. I hope you will learn some simple but effective tips you can start apply now in your art!
