In this video we were truck camping in our four (4) seasons Arctic Fox 865 at Poplar Point Campground, Loop F, Site 35, at Jordan Lake State Park (Jordan Lake State Recreation Area) in North Carolina. This campground is located just south of Raleigh NC, and North of Sanford NC in Apex NC. While truck camping there Tropical Storm Ophelia made landfall and rained out our camping trip for a whole day. After the rain stopped we spent the weekend fishing, exploring the lake with our Triton boat, and cooking on our Blackstone, as well as had a camp catch and cook. During this trip we videoed cooking sausage and onion stir fry, cooking breakfast burritos on the Blackstone, and a catch and cook fish fry, where we deep fried our wild caught fish that were caught in Jordan Lake. We also show how easy it is for a Truck Camper to pull a boat as well as back a boat trailer and launch and load a boat on the boat ramp with the Truck Camper loaded in the Truck.
