🔸 Ingredients

Chicken – 500g (small pieces)
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
Turmeric – ½ tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Cumin powder – ½ tsp
Garam masala – ½ tsp
Salt – to taste
Green chillies – 2 sliced
Oil 1/2 cup

🔸Method

Heat oil in a pan.
Add chicken pieces and fry on medium flame.
When chicken is half done, add green chillies and curry leaves for aroma.
Fry until fully cooked.
Sprinkle garam masala and fresh coriander on top before serving.

Serve hot with:

Paratha, roti, or naan
Optional: lemon wedges and extra green chillies for garnish
