Coffee mousse, easy and very delicious dessert recipe

Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp Nescafe instant coffee
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup very cold water
- 1 1/2 cup whipped cream (35% fat)
- 1/4 cup sugar for cream
- Some cookies can be vanilla, almond, or chocolate cookies
- Powdered chocolate for decoration
