Regarding the application used to program the digital marquee: Paul, the proprietor of Anchorhead Market told me that he uses a program called BMPBadge, and that he dug it up from a German website. After a cursory Google search, I found a couple of links to software with the same name. I was unable to ascertain if it was the correct application. If you find a functioning version of this software, or something that is easier to access, feel free to share it in the comments below.
