London Montessorian Ft Cala

This NEW journey is called
‘The Outdoors and Holistic Nature Project’
and will consist of a series of (7) weekly video documentary style episodes, followed by (10) weekly video podcast episodes both discussing and focusing on issues within the young community, such as mothers and their children’s connection with the outdoors, sleep, diet and nutrition, mental health and stress, activism and employment, and how best to achieve balance in the face of these stressors and complexities.

The project will explore the importance of breathing, utilising our natural spaces, sound healing, and gardening, as well as herbal roots and teas, natural foods, and diets.
