पुणे महानगर प्रदेश विकास प्राधिकरण, (PMRDA), PMC हद्दीमधील सर्व गावांचे झोन दाखले, भाग नकाशे, रिंग रोड नकाशे, गाव नकाशे, RP नकाशे, मोजणी रस्ता मार्किंग, स्थळ पाहणी दाखला, बांधकाम परवानगी, अनधिकृत बांधकाम नियमितीकरण इत्यादी संबंधित व इतर सर्व निगडित कामे खात्रीशीर व त्वरित केली जातील.

तसेच जुने 7/12 व फेरफार, ना-हरकत दाखला, हक्कनोंद, दुरुस्ती नोंद, जुने दस्त, Missing Plots, लेटिगेशन, पुनर्वसन, यु.एल.सी. इत्यादी महसूल संबंधित सर्व कामे, तहसीलदार कार्यालय, प्रांत ऑफिस, जिल्हाधिकारी कार्यालय, व इतर सर्व सरकारी कार्यालयाशी निगडित कामे खात्रीशीरपणे केली जातील.
